A. System introduction
The new energy communication base station supply system is mainly used for those small base station situated at remote area without grid. The main loads of those small base station are 48V with rated 500W power more or less, the daily power consumption is about 12kwh. Here we adopt 5kW wind turbine together with 5kW solar module as the new energy power supply system, it can fully meet the need of those small base station for 24 hours continuous working.

1.1.1 ANE wind turbine with lower startup wind speed
 
Double degree pitch control mechanism ensures blades have an optimal startup angle. Wind rotor can be started at 2.5m/s wind speed. It has higher efficiency than other normal turbine.
 
1.1.2 Stable running when wind speed is higher than rated wind speed.
 
The blade angle is of minus value under pitch control when speed is over rated wind speed. It makes system have a stable output power. Because of that, the wind turbine can be 30% more output power than normal wind turbine. Showing curve as below:

1.2 Professional wind control module for base station
 
The ANE wind control module is professional designed for base station,specially suitable for the new energy power system. It has the function of floating charge,equalized charge etc. for the battery management and prevent the battery overcharge or over discharge. And also have the function of wind turbine maximum power tracking (MPPT), to make more efficient conversion use of wind power. It can have several different settings according to different kinds of battery.
 
The ANE wind control module can convert the input voltage DC120V-DC350V into DC48V/24V and lead the green energy directly to the communication loads without any other intermediate links to ensure the efficiency. Meantime,this module adopts  the voltage reducing technology,compared with normal DC48V/24V wind controller, it has also improved the green energy using efficiency and reduced the loss or cost of system cables.
 
The ANE wind control module has the battery supply warning signal,the signal is  available to user extensions, such as alarm or start up the backup power source (mains grid or diesel generators), it improved the system reliability  of the long time power supply.

3. Easy Maintainence, Unattended Operation!

3.1 ASP System (Automatic safety protection system)
 ASP system, our patent product is unique protection system in China. It can control the wind turbine to run or stop by testing the environment wind speed and system working voltage. When the environment wind speed or system voltage is over the set value, it will shut up the wind turbine. When the wind speed is lower than 25m/s, it will release the brake system, wind turbine restart to work. ASP makes nobody guard come true.
 
3.2 Remote Monitoring And Central Control
Remote monitoring and control service is available, you can learn real-time running status of the wind turbine and read the output power data effectively. The remote monitoring APP for mobile phone can be available soon.

E.Typical Cases

1. Jinchang Project in Gansu
 
ANE company started to supply wind solar hybrid power system for the communication base station in Jinchang, Jiuquan and other districts from 2009. These systems solve the electrical problem of the local stations. It could supply 24 hr power to the stations.
From 2009, we have supplied more than 800 sets of these systems in China market by now.

2. Tajikistan Project
 
AEN company have been supplying wind solar hybrid power system for the communication base station in Tajikistan from 2011. These systems solve the electrical problem of the local stations.
